Could you please convey our appreciation to the anonymous commentator for
their comment.  We believe that we've added text to Section 1 that resolves
this issue [1] (cf. second paragraph in this section).

I've received a comment on the requirements that I summarize 
as:

"The requirements document should provide more guidance
on when xkms is applicable, in particular when compared
to PKI protocols developed by PKIX (e.g. OSCP)."

The commentator prefers not to get involved in the
