Oops.  Didn't mean to reply to the entire xkms list, sorry about that.
Since I did, does someone have insights into the Oasis WS-Sec effort?  I
think I can guess, but why was WS-Sec submitted to Oasis instead of W3C?

I/we should attend this.  I'm not sure if we can participate in WS-Security
but it sure would be good.  We need to become Oasis members (another $5K I

The next XKMS F2F is being planned for Sept 6th in the San Francisco Bay
area.  
Sun is planning to host this event.  This is being held adjacent to the
OASIS's 
WS-Security first F2F on Sept 4 and 5th in the same location.
