abstract/introduction revision

I notice the new abstract and introduction refer to the XKMS specification
as specifying "protocols for distributing and registering public keys".

Shouldn't it be
"protocols for registering, locating and validating public key information"?

We seem to have lost the location and validation in the abstract and introduction, and key
distribution has a different implication.
