ISSUE: Use Case Scenario: Request/Response.

I think that the Request/Response use case scenario:

is really a choreography use case scenarios and should be modeled as 
such.  I recommend that this be noted as an issue against this document. 
A good solution would identify this as a use case scenario that should 
be a point for liaison with the WS-CHOR working group.
