Re: specifying process duration

I have a problem with using the proposed minExecTime and maxExecTime: to 
a human they certainly look different, but to an agent they seem quite 
similar. Both properties are types of duration, so how would one infer 
that it's the minimum and maximum durations that are expressed, beyond 
looking at the property names?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
