Hi Ting,

The namespace "http://www.w3.org/2001/10/XMLSchema" has
not been used by w3c as a namespace.  The namespace
"http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema" was defined in a 
w3c note on XML Schema.  The namespace that is defined
in the XML Schema w3c recommendation is
"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema", this is the only
*offical* namespace.
