   You might want to take a look at SOAP-RP and DIME which you can find
   linked from [1].

I just came across these a few days ago.  I was wondering whether some
of the prominent high-level protocols built on SOAP, such as BizTalk
Framework and ebXML Message Service Protocol, were contemplating the
incorporation of SOAP-RP.  Perhaps it's too early to ask.
