workshops about web service standards ?

Dear all, does anyone knows about conferences / workshops / journal covering the topic of web service standards, standard implementations, web services interoperability or similar? I am aware of  ICWS and ECOWS. I've  looked at citeseer  but  I found nothing.
I'd appreciate any information you can give me.
