Location of wsdl20.xsd in Part 1

Gurus,
Part 1 refers to Dated Version of wsdl 2.0 xml schema - i.e.
http://www.w3.org/2007/03/wsdl/wsdl20.xsd)
I would propose to change this to
http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/desc/ns/wsdl20.xsd.<http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/desc/ns/wsdl20.xsd>
