Will the SOAP 1.1 namespace change too?

The WSDL 2.0 spec introduced the URI
http://www.w3.org/2006/01/soap11/bindings/HTTP/ for the {soap underlying
protocol} property in the case of a SOAP 1.1 HTTP binding. Will this URI be
affected by the recent namespace changes or will it remain the same?

For example:
http://www.w3.org/ns/wsdl/soap11/bindings/HTTP/
