Test case using the IRI style and without http:location are not handled

[As discussed yesterday during the implementers call, this message is
for the record.]

For the message exchange test results, we only check the URI if
http:location is present in the WSDL Component Model. This means that if
the IRI style and GET are in use, without an http:location attribute, we
are not going to check the URI at all in the XPath expressions.

If we want to handle the case in the future, I suggest following the
same approach as for faults: the name of the operation MUST end with
"Location" if there is a need to check the URI even if the http:location
attribute is absent.
