RE: URI mailing list and whttp:location

I posted a summary of our design, and some of its issues at [1].  After
reading the whole thread, I am more comfortable that we've adopted a design
that addresses many of the gotchas in an appropriate way.  And I'm
comfortable stating that a fool-proof solution is impractical.
