CR144: Incoherent reference

Amongst other things, which are fine and already implemented, the 
resolution for CR144 asks to set ImmediateDestination according to:
- Section 6.7.1 Serialization of the instance data in parts of the HTTP 
request

However, CR133 asked to set this instead according to (thus mirroring 
SOAP-Response):
- Section 6.7.2 Serialization as application/x-www-form-urlencoded

Which is the correct reference?
