John - fyi, the test case that Jacek reported as causing a failure in 
Woden M6 is now in the test suite along with several others. Pls rerun the 
results on M7. Thx.

I added these to the test suite, though wsdl-xslt doesn't have support for
the SAWSDL extension yet, and I'll need to write the interchange format
extension schema...

Regenerated zips for Woden as well.
