This email serves as formal notification of the disposition of the WSDL WG's
comments [1] on theWSDL 1.1 Element
Identifiers specification.. 

With regards to comment #1, the WG accepted this issue and resolved in a
manner that reflected the WSDL WG's comment [2] 
With regards to comment $#2, the WG accepted this issue and resolved it as
noted in [3] 

Please let us know if these dispositions are satisfactory to the WSDL WG.
