Please review test bad/InterfaceOperation-2B







The test bad/InterfaceOperation-2B claims to violate assertion 
InterfaceOperation-0035 but I don't think it actually does. I think this 
test is showing a possible violation of binding operation names and not 
interface operation names. As far as I understand the assertion 
InterfaceOperation-0035 it should be caught by schema validation. 

Can someone on the working group please review this test case to ensure it 
violates the listed assertion?
