Test suite additions

I've created some new tests for the W3C WSDL 2.0 test suite and made one 
correction to an existing test.

The new tests primarily cover the interface component and its children.

The correction is for test Interface-1B. The style attribute on the 
interface element in this test was corrected to be a valid value. It 
should be relative and invalid for the test.
