WSDL 2.0 Interface tests

I've created some tests for the WSDL interface component. The tests stick 
to the interface component, its inheritance mechanism, and extension 
element and attribute allowances. These test do not include faults, 
operations, features, or properties.

I've attached a patch for the WSDL 2.0 test-suite which will add the 7 
valid and 3 invalid tests I've created.
