this worked in the three browsers i have here in the office:

- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) 
  Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3

- Mozilla 1.7 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) 
  Gecko/20040514

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.116C0 (patched)

and all was well when i viewed your Email via a browser (webmail), 
though the arrow glyph was replaced with a box in my work Email 
client (MS Outlook).
