Attributes

At the last f2f, I promised to get back to the group before the next f2f on 
our position regarding attributes in WSDL 2.  The OGSI specification 
authors have conferred and agree that we do not support the addition of 
attributes as they are currently defined in WSDL 2 (using the operation 
style annotation).  We'd like to thank the WSDL working group for 
considering this feature, and working constructively to try to find a 
solution that might be acceptable to all.  But in the end, despite some 
advantages to having attributes in WSDL 2, our needs are more closely met 
through a layered approach such as is taken in WS-ResourceProperties 
(www.globus.org/wsrf).
