I looked at Issue 96, and it seems that it only addresses one aspect of WSDL support for intermediaries, i.e. header blocks. Other areas currently not supported include binding (which segment of a SOAP path that includes intermediaries is described by the WSDL binding? - e.g. one segment might be bound to HTTP and another to SMTP), and port address (is the address the one of the actual service, or of one of the intermediaries?).
