Hum, this spec needs to be fixed, in the HTTP binding, it shouldn't use
the "evil" parameter of the mime type, but it should force the HTTP stack
to put the "evil" bit on all the ip packets sent for the underlying tcp
connection, according to [3] (strangely published the same day as the SOAP
Version 1.2 Evil feature).
