Use cases

Team,
 
I have received many use cases and suggestions.  I am posting up a new file
with all the input I have received so far.  Moving forward I would propose
the following actions:
 
1)       Some of the use cases need more clarification.  I have the initials
of the individuals who submitted those use cases.  I can work with the
individuals to clarify the wording more.
2)       Many of the use cases are either not use cases of the service
description capability or do not articulate that very clearly.  We should
discard those uses cases that do not relate to service description
capability.
3)       Remove duplicate use cases and group them together under topics.
4)       Tie the use cases to the requirements.
 
Please let me know if we need to do any additional steps.
