XML Protocol review of WS Description Requirements

On behalf of the XML Protocol WG, I have reviewed the Web Services
Description Requirements
document available at [1].

In the document, R028. R113, R065, R062, R125 and R031 directly address
requirements for the WG to support SOAP 1.2. Messages, Features, Transport
Bindings, MEPs and
Intermediaries. However, there is no requirement stated for support for
SOAP messages with
Attachments. Therefore I request that the following requirement be added:

The WG specification(s) MUST allow the description of SOAP 1.2 messages
with attached parts.

Note that so far, the XML Protocol WG has not yet decided on a particular
implementation (S+A or DIME)
so any requirements we place on the Web Services Description WG cannot be
more explicit.
