The 2nd International Workshop on Service Oriented Software Engineering
(IW-SOSWE 2007), is intended to provide a forum for presentation and
discussion of a wide range of topics related to the new paradigm of
service oriented software engineering. The aim of this workshop is to
bring together researchers from academia and industry, as well as
practitioners working in the areas of software system engineering and
service-oriented computing to discuss existing issues, recent
developments, applications, methods, techniques, experience reports, and
tools to support the engineering and use of service oriented systems.

IW-SOSWE 2007 includes contributions on many different topics related to
engineering Service Oriented Computing.
This year the program includes a keynote speech by Steve Ross Talbot on
"Communication-centered design of distributed system using WS-CDL".
The intervention of researchers from IBM Croatia is also planned.
