Re: WSA in OWL

One of my action items from two telecons back was to formalize a fragment of
the WSA in OWL.
Here is the URL where the first spaghetti diagram (on messages) has been
mapped to OWL. Various issues that arise and questions are included as text.
The definitions of the relevant concepts are included from the WSA document
(August 8 draft) as OWL comments.
