Is there any relationship between this meeting and the similarly-sounding Policy and Trust Workshop which took place in Redmond a week ago (see http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ws-arch/2003Feb/0016.html)? Are the two initiatives in competition, complementary, unrelated?
