Had WSD not been initially chartered, we would be writing one up right
now, I'm sure.  And that charter would say "will provide a mapping to
RDF", because we placed a requirement on ourselves to do so unless there
was good reason not to.

What I hear you saying is that if we were writing the WSD charter right
now, that it would say "must be able to be mapped to RDF".  That's why
I consider it a change from the status quo.

The only reason I'm not lying down in the road over this, is because
there are more important battles to be fought, and I don't want to
use up my one or two "lie down in the road free" cards. 8-)
