I believe that conformance testing will come to play for the
technologies designed by other Working Groups started as a result of
the work of the WSAWG.

I am all for interoperability and interoperability testing, but I am
unclear how that could be achieved at the architectural level (I will
be happy to have this clarified though). It would be up to those
Working Groups to co-ordinate with people (WS-I and others) developing
test suites.

I would therefore specify that AC0012-A is delegated to the Groups
developing the technologies, and therefore remove the mentioning of
the WSAWG in AC0121-A and replace "WS-I" by something more general
(anybody could come up with a test suite).

In the end, I would maybe drop AC0121-A and rephrase AC0012-A:

Ensures that the development of identified technologies identifies
conformance so that testing software can be constructed.

This is a W3C-wide goal, but I guess that it's OK to repeat it.

Regards,

Hugo
