To copy Doug's wording, little discussion, and it seems that D-AG0013 can absorb D-AG0014 by becoming: co-ordinate with other W3C Working Groups, the Technical Architecture Groups and other groups doing Web services related work in order to maintain a coherent architecture for Web services.
