Core Management model for Web Services
is a small set of classes, interfaces, associations, metrics and properties
that provide a basic vocabulary for analyzing and describing the management
of Web Services.

The basic wording is "borrowed" from CIM:
http://www.dmtf.org/standards/cim_spec_v22/#_Toc453584949 .
