   http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/staging/owl-test/
instead of 
   http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/WebOnt/TR/STAGE-owl-test/
... which is odd.

And in the Reference, you've got ".," after the date.
