We have implemented a species verifier as part of Pellet - it now 
passes all tests correctly (I believe both approved and proposed, see 
[1] for details) - Sandro - can you place this in the results?  Dan 
C. please note this as, with Sean B's validator, means we've 
completed another of our CR exit conditions.
