outreach telcons?

Jim, Guus, Sandro and I have kicked around the idea of
spending some telcon time on outreach... stepping back
from the nitty-gritty of typos and test cases and putting
some effort into promotion and adoption of OWL...
discussion of upcoming opportunities and venues,
frequently asked questions, etc.

One possibility is to alternate the focus of telcons
between test nitty-gritty and outreach.

The idea seems baked enough to invite the rest of the
WG to join the discussion. What do you think?
