I suggest that the text of the documents be included in the statement of the
question by reference, noting that the W3C team is authorized to edit the
Status Of This Document section during publication, and that the title page
dates of the document are likely to change for publication.

If any other bytes are to change between the bytes cited
below and the bytes to appear linked from http://www.w3.org/TR/ upon LC
publication are to differ, I will want explicit written delegation from the
WG to those parties authorized to decide what bytes get published. e.g.
"editorial fixes to be agreed by John Doe, editor, and Dan Connolly, team
contact" or "update to section 6 to be written by Fred Smith to the
satisfaction of reviewer Jane Doe."
