WOWG- Jeremy's recent message to the Web Ontology list "Proposal Re: B.1, B.2" [1] meets the request the chairs made with respect to reopening B.1 and B.2 (minuted [2] and summarized by Guus in [3]). In addition, the support shown for B-Node sharing by Sean and Ian [4,5] who argue that this would improve the ease of implementation of OWL DL adds weight to Jeremy's request to reopen. Therefore, we will reopen the issue for a brief discussion and possible re-resolution during this week's telecon. I do feel we would be remiss if we did not note Peter's reservations expressed in [6,7], and thus draw your attention to these as well. -Jim H.
