Issues list

Mike/DanC -
  The issues list for issue 3.2 needs updating -- the issue was closed 
as postponed (as recorded in [1]) as proposed by Guus in [2].  Since 
this is important to closing some comments, can one of you up date 
the issues list appropriately?  (I'd do it myself, but I cannot seem 
to ssh right now, sorry)
