procedural problems with Test last call

I was talking with a colleague and mentioned that Test had just exited last 
call, with no real comments about it; and he expressed surprise, not having 
realized that it had entered last call.

I looked for an announcement on www-rdf-logic or www-rdf-interest and cannot 
find one ... :(
