Review of Overview document

I believe this document is acceptable except for three things
  1. intersectionOf as per today's discussion
  2. name changes endorsed today
  3 (and the biggest) - datatypes
it was never really appropriate tosay "whatever RDF does" - and 
that's now worse because they have said what they do.  We need to say 
owl:datatypeProperty is in OWL Lite, have a short paragraph saying 
that we generally support the xsd:datatypes and add some note saying 
that they should go look  where we point to the rules (AS&S) and 
exceptions (Jeremy's email re: exceptions - which we decided once 
should go into ref, but I'm not sure made it)
