OWL Lite vs OWL/Lite; OWL DL vs OWL/DL; OWL Full vs. OWL/Full

i thought we had decided on
OWL Lite
OWL DL
and OWL Full

that is what i see being used in synopsis, req, and guide.
i notice though use of  OWL/Lite, OWL/DL , and OWL/Full in the semantics
doc.

i prefer the space to the / but i dont have a strong opinion about this
- i just think we should be consistent.
