RE: EDITORS IMPORTANT: Last Call Candidates

I've just updated the Test editor's draft:

Its got lots of new tests - thanks Sean.

This is not ready for last call on the following counts:

1: remaining syntax issue likely to impact many tests trivially.
2: issuette to with which datatypes are required for complete reasoners
   (I would like some proposed text on what people want...
there was discussion of some reduced set of datatypes)
3: issuette to do with owl:foobar which Peter says is legal, but would cause
signfiicant problems with the tests that rule out certain deprecated
DAML+OIL vocabulary.
