'annotation' in RDF/XML ?

Peter,

How can the following two annotation constructs can be
mapped to RDF/XML syntax?

    'annotation(' annotationPropertyID URIreference ')'
    'annotation(' annotationPropertyID dataLiteral ')'


The current XSLT stylesheet (from the XML presentation syntax
to RDF/XML syntax) [1] does not support the transformation
for the above two annotation constructs literally.
