Chairs' decisions about reopening some issues

The chairs have discussed the following issues and feel that at this
time there is no reason to reopen them:

1 - RDF Compatibility -- Jeremy Carroll, in [1] has proposed
reopening the issue as to what is and is not in OWL Lite -- in
particular with respect to some RDF constructs that were not
included. The decision as to what is in Lite was arrived at over
time and with great effort to reach consensus, and we do not wish to
reopen this issue at this time. (Discussed under issue 5.2,
resolutions at Bristol f2f [2])

2 - OWL synonyms for RDF/RDFS terms: Sean Bechhofer in [3] asks that
we consider having Owl: synonums for RDF and RDFS terms (backed up by
Raphael). We discussed this at great length in the group (see issue
5.20 [4]) and determined not to have this be the case and our
documents have been written to include the appropriate namespaces to
help make this clear. As such we do not see a reason to reopen this
issue.

In addition, Guus proposed to reopen the "imports" issue in [5].
Based on the telecon of last week (see as yet unapproved minutes at
[6]) we have decided there is no need to take any new actions on this
issue and the resolution remains as recorded at [7].

This means that as of this time, we believe the only open issue is
the one accepted last week (see [6]) entitled "OWL DL Syntax" on
which we have a subgroup working.
