TEST: annotations - also one query on S&AS

This was my action from last week's telecon.
I also added a third test case (303) that

<http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.0/creator> rdf:type owl:AnnotationProperty .

is an OWL Lite document.
This is not in the current editors draft S&AS which I take as an oversight.
