Re: OWL Syntax

This is a significant change to the abstract syntax, affecting just about
every construction.  It is also a significant change to the features of OWL
Lite and OWL DL.  It will require major changes to the semantics document,
over and above any changes to the abstract syntax.

What are the benefits arising from this major change?  I don't see anything
that justifies even a moderate amount of effort.
