please do not remove the link. that has been the official description
logic page for as long as i can remember. It appears that the entire
description logics site is down at the moment. I am not sure what is
wrong but i am sending mail to the maintainer - carsten lutz.

the official knowledge representation page (that i think provides the
resolution to dl.kr.org is up - http://www.kr.org/ and it links to
http://dl.kr.org/ (as does basically every other dl web site).

if something is not resolved in time for publication,
linking to the subject matter description logics home page will work if
carsten does not provide an answer in time:

description logics - http://www.ida.liu.se/labs/iislab/people/patla/DL/

carsten - can you please help get http://dl.kr.org back?
