A few notes:

- if you're the first person to use the form in a bit, it is very slow 
starting up (it reads quite a few documents at W3C, and then caches them 
in-memory.

- the Validate button always reports:
  No description found. 
  No copyright found. 

this is a bug, the files in the zip produced include the description and the 
copyright.
