This would be useful, except that we need rdf:ID to define fragments. Too
bad that RDF Core is out of time for new issues because

application/urdf+xml -- unasserted RDF/XML

would fit the bill perfectly.

Is it worthwhile to define:

application/uowl+xml

? Doesn't seem so.
