this proposal ends up dropping OWL Lite from the document name currently:
Feature Synopsis for OWL Lite and OWL

I thought it was useful to have OWL Lite (or whatever the new name is if we
modify it) in the name.
Two ways to consider keeping it in the name are:

(1) Web Ontology Language (OWL Lite and OWL):
Feature Synopsis Version 1.0

(2) Web Ontology Language (OWL):
Feature Synopsis for OWL Lite and OWL Version 1.0

do either of these work for us?

thanks,
d
