RE: comments on wine.owl

Is there a commonly accepts standard sort order?  I just use Emacs,
not a good recommendation for our reader/users.

Alphabetic by ID/about?  Class defs, the propery defs, then instances?

The ordering (or lack thereof) of the document makes it rather hard to
read!  :-(

I only really looked at the first quarter or so of the document.
